Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern all bookings, projects, and collaborations with Sean Toye – Voice Artist. By engaging my services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services
I provide professional voiceover services including (but not limited to):
•     Commercial voiceovers
•     Animation and video game character voices
•     Corporate narration
•     Podcast hosting and narration
Specific project details will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

3. Bookings & Payment
•     Quotes are provided based on project scope, usage, and delivery requirements.
•     A written agreement or confirmation is required before recording begins.
•     Payment terms: These will be discussed prior to acceptance of the contract.
•     Late payments may incur interest charges in line with UK law.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
•     Cancellations made before recording begins will not incur charges.
•     If recording has started, a cancellation fee may apply to cover time and resources.
•     Rescheduling is possible by mutual agreement.

5. Delivery
•     Recordings are delivered in agreed formats (e.g., WAV, MP3).
•     Standard turnaround times will be confirmed at booking.
•     Rush delivery may be available at an additional fee.

6. Usage Rights
•     Usage rights are granted only as specified in the booking agreement (e.g., commercial, online, broadcast).
•     Extended usage (e.g., additional platforms, territories, or time periods) requires a new agreement and fee.
•     Unauthorized use of recordings beyond agreed terms is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property & Performer Rights
•     All recordings remain the intellectual property of Sean Toye – Voice Artist until full payment is received.
•     Recordings may not be copied, altered, or used for training artificial intelligence, machine learning, or synthetic voice technologies without explicit written consent.
•     Unauthorized use, including AI cloning or derivative works, is strictly prohibited.

8. Confidentiality
Scripts, briefs, and project details shared with me are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

9. Liability
I provide services with professional care and skill. However, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of recordings.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
